Let me remind you that this meme is hosted by MizB on her blog Should be reading.
To play along with this weekly book event just answer the 3 following question:
1. What are you currently reading? (cosa stai leggendo in questo momento?)
2. What did you recently finishing reading? (cosa hai appena finito di leggere?)
3. What do you think you'll read next? (quale pensi sarà il prossimo libro che leggerai?)
My answers: (le mie risposte)
1. What are you currently reading?
“King Solomon’s Mines” by H.Rider Haggard. I will actaully start it tonight, I haven’t been able to go to the Library and borrow it yet (but I'll go this afternoon). I hate Bologna Libraries hours during the summer, I always find them closed! :(
“Le miniere di Re Salomone” di H.Rider Haggard
In realtà lo inizierò questa sera, ancora non sono riuscita a passare in biblioteca a prenderlo (ma ci andrò questo pomeriggio). Odio gli orari estivi delle biblioteche della mia città, le trovo sempre chiuse! :(
I have just finished reading “The Lover” by Marguerite Duras, the book which the famous movie by Jean-Jeacques Annaud is based on. My review will be available soon, I can anticipate you that I loved the book as much as I did the movie;
Ho appena finito di leggere “L’amante” di Marguerite Duras , il libro dal quale è tratto il famoso film di Jean-Jacques Annaud. A breve la mia recensione, vi anticipo già che, come il film, mi è piaciuto moltissimo;.
I’ll have to be careful when choosing the next books I’m going to read, since they will be the ones I’ll bring with me on my two-week holiday. I’m 99% sure I’ll read "The Three Musketeers" by Dumas, a book that, because of its size, will keep me company for a while! I’ll probably bring "Twenty Years After" too (the “Three Musketeers” sequel by Dumas), in case I end the first novel in a short amount of time. Both books, then, will help me complete the challenge "Tea & Books Reading Challenge"! In addition to three short flights (lasting not longer than two hours) my holiday will include two 4-hour-bus trips and a 2-hour-boat trip, so I’ll have PLENTY of time to read :)
You always list such interesting classics. Mine is much more mundane. :) Have fun on holiday!

Wonderful choices! Thanks for stopping by!
RispondiEliminaI hope you have a wonderful holiday! And it looks like you've got some great books to keep you company.
RispondiEliminaI wasn't a huge fan of The Three Musqueteers, I preferred Count of Monte Cristo :) Hope you like it, though
RispondiEliminaThank you for visiting my WWW today :) I like the sound of your list, King Solomon's Mines is definitely on my "to read" list although I'll probably not manage it in Italian!!
RispondiEliminaI had no idea there was a sequel to Three Musketeers. I really enjoyed Count of Monte Cristo and oneday might make my way to Dumas's other works.
RispondiEliminaMy WWW Wednesday is here.
Hi Irish, the "Three Musketeers" is a trilogy, the third book is "The Vicomte de Bragelonne" but I still have to buy it ;)
RispondiEliminaThank you dears, I will post the pictures of my holiday here on the blog, I hope you'll like them! :)
RispondiEliminaI love how often you read the classics. It is a constant reminder to me that I need to read more of them, and that is a good thing!
RispondiEliminaI've never read the Three Musketeers, though I know the story from movies. I didn't know Dumas wrote a sequel. I wonder how that is.
RispondiEliminaThanks for visiting my blog!
Have a wonderful holiday and enjoy Dumas! Sounds like you have tons of time to finish. I have only read Monte Cristo, I will be interested to read your review.
RispondiEliminaBest!
I hope you found the library open when you arrived. I've not read any of the books you have listed today. Always exciting to see something new during this meme.
RispondiEliminaThanks for checking out my blog. Classic reads so far. Those take me forever to read though. I think it's because they make me feel like I'm back in school.
RispondiEliminaI can't read classics very often. I feel like I'm working on a school book or something, lol.
RispondiEliminaHappy reading!
